Our refund policy is designed to ensure client satisfaction while maintaining fairness and integrity. 1. Eligibility for Refunds

  • Refunds are available only for advisory fees paid in advance for services that have not yet been rendered.
  • Refund requests must be made within 30 days of the payment date.

2. Non-Refundable Services

  • Fees paid for consultations that have already been conducted are non-refundable.
  • Customized financial plans, reports, or analyses that have been completed and delivered to the client are not eligible for a refund.
  • Subscription fees for ongoing services ( weekly and monthly plans) are non-refundable.
  • Subscription fees for ongoing services (quarterly, half yearly or annual plans) are non-refundable after the first 30 days of service.
  • Government tax (GST) is not refundable.

3. Refund Process

  • To request a refund, clients must contact our customer service team at refund@myinvestingmantra.com within 30 days of payment.
  • Refund requests should include the client’s name, contact information, and details of the service for which the refund is being requested.
  • We will review each request on a case-by-case basis and may request additional information or documentation.

4. Refund Method

  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used by the client within 14 business days of the refund approval date.

5. Changes to the Refund Policy

  • My Investing Mantra reserves the right to amend this refund policy at any time. Any changes will be communicated to clients via email or through our website.

6. Dispute Resolution

  • In the event of a dispute regarding a refund, we encourage clients to contact us directly to resolve the issue. If a resolution cannot be reached, the matter may be escalated to a professional mediator.
